Yes. You don't need to have purchased your equipment from us. As a manufacturer-certified service center, we routinely repair scooters, power chairs, and lift chairs bought from other retailers or online — and we make local house calls for in-home service.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic fee is $95, and $47.50 of that applies toward your repair if you decide to proceed. A technician inspects your equipment, identifies the problem, and gives you a clear quote — please allow 48 hours to diagnose. Labor is $95/hour.
Is a loaner available while you repair mine?
For many repairs we can set you up with a short-term rental so you stay mobile while we work. Availability depends on the equipment type — ask us when you bring it in and we'll do our best to keep you moving.
Can you handle warranty repairs?
Yes. As a manufacturer-certified service center, we handle warranty service in-house on the brands we represent. Bring your purchase details and we'll confirm coverage and handle the entire process for you.
